Appreicate any help on this one. I did contact them and I was planning to bring it back tomorrow...however just for grins and giggles...I went up to the Microsoft troubleshooting web site and saw a knowledge base I am working with a laptop on the domain. Keyboard was already ps2, tried two of those and a usb, nada. I will give them a try. doing a sfc /scannow run to see if that finds anything.
