I inserted a CF card and nothing shows on the screen as to where to move pictures or even an icon of the drive anywhere. I think it uses a different chipset. It recognizes my CF card and my smaller SD cards just fine but it won't register my 4GB SD card. The Dell onlinemanual says it should be automatically recognised but this doesn't seem to be the case.
