Either using the mouse or keyboard to "copy + paste" doesn't work. In case you don't know how to access task manager on the remote machine (CTRL ALT DELETE is always to the local machine), simply right click on the task bar and As soon as I realized I had recently installed IOBIT software (love the software also!!) and unchecked the clipboard cache option, the copy->paste function was restored. Several days it was a problem attempting to copy from an Internet page (IE9) to a WORD document (just happens to be 7MB large!). Space down a few lines and then try to paste it.
