I appreciate the effort! The usernames never shows on the screen when you do ctrl alt del, you have to manually type it in. It's as if the system doesn't recognize that I'm pressing anything. You can click easy access and bring up the on screen keyboard as a workaround. This leads me to the problem that i cant press control, alt, delete to log on. When the computer first boots it comes to the Windows log on screen which asks you to enter ctrl-alt-delte so that you can log in.
