Done a lot of searching and no answer so far. I bypassed disabling C-A-D request in local security policy. When I boot the computer it goes all the way to the desktop and I do not have to hit Control-Alt-Delete. Check GPeditor for possible login changes. All are set to default. Download the fix & try it.

Make Google your friend too. Sorry, I am not too familiar with using the Ctrl+Alt+Del as a login security feature, which is what I am guessing that you are doing.

I have a HP computer here that has been working no problem at all.

All keys work and do send the appropriate code. maybe some USB condroller driver are messed up after that MS update and that´s the reason. I used a solution that I happened to already have on my laptop on an exam. Pressing Ctrl Alt Delete Does Nothing Did I cheat?
