I only had to do it on my 8.1 laptop though, the 7 desktop worked with just disabling the Intel bindings. And also check the keyboard shortcuts in system setting>keyboard. Intel Rotate Screen Keyboard Shortcut NOTHING WORKS. As I'm sure many of you are aware (I wasn't until the other day), on machines with Intel Graphics, pressing Ctrl+Alt+{arrow key} rotates the screen.

I have tried using a shortcut key (ctrl+r) but still doesnt work then.
