I was already about to nuke the whole damn thing and reinstall from scrath.

Once you reach the above mentioned sub registry key you will be able to see Upper Filters registry entry in the right pane. Awesome. this is the 1st time the upper and lower filters were not the issue. this contact form I was ready to revert back to Win7 but with you help will stick out Win10 awhile longer.
