It's as logical as any other explanations. Sometimes, when I plug in my 45 watt power supply, the little green light on the MagSafe doesn’t come on and the MacBook Air doesn’t charge. Weirdly I have discovered that if this happens, I hold the Mac flat with one hand, holding it on the back left corner, where the plug is.
