Evan85 I found going to ‘all cookies and site data' and deleting ‘s.ytimg.com' did the trick. The thing is that the test workes fine in IE 9 but not in Chrome19 in my Vista machine. It breaks apps using HTML5 to deliver music and spoken-word content. the solution worked!! navigate here

i know this is really strange but all I did was plug some headphones in and I could hear fine through them. Rebooted, and Installed flash 10.3. Checked on YouTube and several other video hosting sites and sound was not playing.My next guess was a issue with Adobe's Flash plugin. I first noticed this last week but never got around to fixing it as I could just opt to watch the video on the main YouTube site instead.
