So I found it on the interweb! Access on some vehicles is easy, but on others you may have to remove other components that are in the way, or even remove the housing mounting bolts and remove the Go to the fuse box and check that is has the right fuse to the light. See your Owners Manual for the location of this fuse.

Then being that the rear tail light was still out, I moved to the back of the car and tapped on the tail light for a second or two. I've only had this car for a month today.
