But if you apply separate power to the third pin to turn on the lED then you should be able to do that with a rheostat to change the led brightness. Unless you have some really bad luck with LEDs lol. I unplugged andreconnected the fan controller to the PSU molex, and then booted. I'm assuming these issues go hand in hand?
