I mean, it's ok to load posts or pages by id, but for all the other things it shouldn't. Anything that mod_rewrite permalinks can do, PATHINFO permalinks can do, with the help of that /index.php part. This is one of those things.
And it only works with the /%post_id%/%postname%/ structure, that's why I'm back to the only /%postname%/ structure. Don't use that!
