The download seems to indicate that it is for IIS 6.0. The locals window will automatically display all local variables in the current block of code. Mix-mode (running 32 bit worker processes on a 64 bit machine) is currently not supported by the install package. It turned out all my debugging problems went away when I shut down all running instances of IE8 before I started a debugging run in my ASP.NET project.
